Hello, everyone! It's Mari here from Arcadian Home blog, a beautiful place to find lots of decorating inspirations, including table decor, wall art and wonderful light fixtures of all sorts. I'm so happy to be visiting Cow Parsley (love that name) with a guest post about creating warm and inviting interiors with florals. I've brought along eight images of spaces with lovely floral-patterned textiles, wallpapers, stenciled and hand-painted furniture and more to inspire your decorating dreams. Please enjoy! Floral Decor This beautiful floral vignette shows off a large-scale floral fabric on the French garden chair, tiny flowers decorating the chest, vintage still-life paintings and fresh-cut flowers. Floral Decor As seen here, floral-patterned fabrics are also beautiful in outdoor spaces. The many shades of blue on this long, draped tablecloth are lovely with painted wrought iron chairs. Floral Decor Florals mix well with other patterns like stripes, plaids and checks. Pink and green is one of the most-used color combinations for cottage style spaces like this one. Floral Decor Draperies and decorative pillows in a large-scale turquoise and cream floral pattern are a lovely choice in this country home. Floral Decor Here pretty pinks, creams and a lovely mix of floral patterns are used to create a charming cottage bedroom. Mini pendant lights like this one are perfect to enhance the feminine look of florals. A dark flower-strewn rug anchors the design. Floral Decor Wispy pink flowers on draperies and wallpaper are stunning in this open and airy bedroom. I also love the pale hint of color on the wide baseboardsóso pretty. Floral Decor A fanciful floral wall paper with minty green background adds color to this all-white bath. A small footstool dressed in deep pink velvet makes the flowers in the wallpaper pop. Floral Decor Sprigs of pink flowers adorn the wardrobe doors in this lovely bedroom. Pink on pink floral fabric covers the bed and drapery panels. An ornate metal and glass pendant light is a beautiful finishing touch for the room. Images 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 What do you think of these floral designs? 1. Lovely photos and great ideas for decorating. I love to use florals, but tend to confine them to my bedroom where since I'm single, I can get as frilly and feminine as I want. Enjoyed your post.
